Volunteer collection driver – Exeter based

You’ll play a key role in supporting our fundraising team move vital funds – this isn’t just about driving; it’s about being part of a cause that helps save lives. Ready to get behind the wheel?

No experience is necessary – full training and support provided!

• Learn & Grow: Develop valuable skills in logistics, route planning and teamwork.
• Make an Impact: Every collection helps fund vital emergency critical care for those in need.
• Be Part of a Team: Alongside our fundraising team and other volunteers you’ll contribute to a well-oiled operation, and be part of a friendly, supportive community.

• Locating and collecting full collection boxes from various locations across the county
• Replacing full with empty collection boxes to keep donations flowing
• Returning the full boxes to our head office in Exeter for counting and banking
• Keeping your eye out for new businesses and outlets that may be interested in hosting one of our collection boxes

Using a company vehicle or your own, (with business insurance), you will travel around the county, starting and finishing at our head office in Pinhoe, Exeter. Most routes will be within a 30-mile radius of Exeter. You can opt to take on longer-distance routes, such as North Devon, if desired, though this is not expected.

Please note you will need to have a full UK driving licence. If you choose to use your own vehicle, evidence of business insurance cover and a valid MOT will be required.

This is a flexible role to fit with your lifestyle and around other commitments. Our head office operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Your time and support are hugely valuable.
