New Crediton Charity shop

The Devon Air Ambulance Crediton charity shop

Locals welcome the new charity shop at the heart of the Crediton community.

We are looking forward to opening the doors of a brand-new charity shop in Crediton to local people and visitors in September.

This new charity shop in the heart of Crediton High Street, was previously occupied by Exeter Leukemia Fund (ELF). Visitors will be delighted to see it kitted out with repurposed and reused materials left by the previous tenant, demonstrating the charity’s commitment to sustainability.

The charity’s retail shops make a significant difference, not only to the local people in the communities they serve, but as a vital income stream to support the lifesaving service it provides.

Thrifty customers and generous donors will be welcomed by the Devon Air Ambulance team and their volunteers and will be delighted to discover quality preloved garments, accessories, books, bric-a-brac, and more when its doors open.

We are very excited to announce the opening of our new Crediton shop.It marks an exciting milestone not only for us, but for the Crediton community too as we will now have a presence on the high street. This shop will support the circular economy, allowing supporters to reuse someone’s no-longer-wanted possessions, while raising money for their local Air Ambulance charity.

Pete Vallance, Head of Business development at Devon Air Ambulance

‘Our team is looking forward to being immersed in the heart of the local community, welcoming valuable donations that help to keep our crews responding to incidents across the county and enabling us to continue to raise vital funds. We hope local people will join us to celebrate very soon!’

DAA’s new Crediton charity shop at 20 High St, Crediton EX17 3AE will be accepting donations of preloved kids’ toys, books, CD’s, DVD’s, Blurays, Handbags, Jewellery, Shoes, Clean Clothing, and Bric-a-Brac as soon as the shop opens.

Devon Air Ambulance is a charity that exists entirely thanks to the kind support of the communities it serves. We welcome your continued support.
