Otter Vale's Devon Chutney is 40, so to celebrate the local homegrown company is donating to DAA for each jar sold.
Other than cream teas, Devon is home to the ploughman’s lunch, which is, of course, incomplete without a delicious chutney.
Otter Vale has been making palate-pleasing condiments for forty years and is celebrating its much-enjoyed product by donating to two charitable causes this year, including Devon Air Ambulance. For every jar and tub of Devon Chutney sold in 2019, a donation will be made to support your Air Ambulances and Westcountry Rivers Trust.
We’re delighted to have the support of an award-winning brand through the sales of their popular and very tasty product,’ says Fundraising and Communications Director, Caroline Creer. ‘Every penny donated to us by Otter Vale goes directly to helping to keep Devon’s Air Ambulances flying.
You can buy Otter Vale chutneys on their website or find them in specialist farm shops and delicatessens as well as butchers’ shops, visitor centres and many small Post Office and local village stores, which are so numerous throughout the region.
Our corporate supporters are a fantastic source of support for Devon’s two air ambulances. If you would like to get your business or workplace involved in raising funds for Devon Air Ambulance, or perhaps in selecting us as your charity of the year then we’d love to hear from you.
