Bake Off for Take Off 2024 competition terms and conditions

Please read our competition terms and conditions before entering.

1	The promoter is: Devon Air Ambulance Trust (Charity No 1077998) whose registered office is 5 Sandpiper Court, Harrington Lane, Exeter, EX4 8NS.
2	The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Devon Air Ambulance Trust, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the charity.
3	Multiple entries are valid although the competition winner will be the entry determined by the judge or judging panel.
4	The competition runs from Monday 5 August 2024 and closes midnight on Sunday 18th August 2024.
5	No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6	The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
7	The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
8	The prize is a Devon Air Ambulance goodie bag.
9	The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10	Only cake entries with ingredients fit for human consumption will be considered.
11	The winner will be notified by email within 10 working days of the judging, which will take place the week ending Friday 23 August, 2024.
12	The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13	The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14	We would like to use the name of the winner for publicity purposes subject to the winner’s consent in relation to GDPR. The winner will be asked for permission on notification of winning.

16	By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
